founders, Systems-level leaders:

You came to rock the boat instead you became the bottleneck in your own vision

Get the Workshop that

Shows How to access the Full Spectrum of your Drive

so you can exhale, knowing the impact you're here for has momentum.

(Even if you've already hired the right people, tried every framework, and done the personal work.)

Most founders and leaders with mission driven teams hit the same wall.

You've realized the first few stages of your vision, you've built something real, and you and your team are making a difference in your corner of the world.

You've hired good people, strategized together, and even done inner work.

Still, you're in every decision. Jumping up for every 'fire alarm'. Green lighting every initiative. You're the bottleneck.

If you could think your way out of this box, you would have done it by now... you and I both know you've tried.

And the real kicker, is it's easier to fix than you think.

There are TWO TYPES

of impact-driven leaders

Type 1
I can do it all

Practically a wizard at doing more with less.

Capable. Committed. Calendar packed wall-to-wall. Running up ahead of their directors to put the first word in and quickly tweaking the final draft of a proposal on the weekend. Making sure everything goes just right.

Capable. Overextended. The drive that fuels the entire mission...

Not realizing that they've become the ceiling of their vision can't out grow.

Type 2

I can create the environment

for the vision to flourish

Same near magic capacity... without the white knuckling.

Full range intact. Team making decisions without constant check-ins. Strategic work actually moving. Took time off and came back to initiatives launched without a hitch.

Spacious. Incisive. Inclusive.

Building initiative that flourish like ecosystems, because they've learned to create the environment, not be the fuel.

The difference?

Type 2 knows how to access the Full Spectrum of their capacity, even in their leadership, so their life feels chosen & their vision can flourish.

In this workshop,
you'll learn how to become

Type 2.

So you can stop being the bottleneck, lead from genuine capacity, and finally build the internal AND organizational architecture you and your mission deserve.

Hey, I'm Dr. Japji Anna Bas

I help purpose-driven leaders shift from managing to system-changing leadership, without losing their edge, range, or moral clarity.

I've got some experience. Three interdisciplinary degrees. A PhD in Wellbeing Environments. Seven years as a peer reviewer for the leading journal on quality of life research. A half dozen programs to develop this knowledge base in service to real world transformation. My Wellbeing Framework has been applied across sectors, and I've advised charities, startups, the federal government and the UN.

Oh, and I was raised across cultures, have lived on three continents, and I've also been:

~ a b-girl, international intern & restaurant owner in my 20s,

~ a grad student, single parent & university professor in my 30's, and

~ a slam poet, community board member & entrepreneur in my 40s.

I know a thing or two about crafting cross-domain solutions, hitting walls that make no sense on paper... and how to get to the other side.

For people like us, the turning point is never "working harder" or "narrowing your focus". It's applying those pattern recognition skills to developing a system, unique to you and your current moment. For the last 6 years, I've been ushering purpose driven leaders to this clarity, where everything shifts:

→ A manager who came in overwhelmed and left as Executive Director of a national organization... somehow feeling like they had more time on their hands.

→ A senior manager who couldn't see her own leadership capacity was promoted to Chief of Staff within months, then took the opportunity to work abroad they'd been dreaming of their whole life.

→ A Global Policy Director came in thinking she had an organizational problem. Six months later, she'd shifted the system in ways she thought would take years.

That's what happens when you tune in and rediscover how to access The Full Spectrum of your capacity.

A tool so you can identify the holdup in the moment, and stay in the flow

1. What makes $10K-$50K buyers invest immediately - and how to make them see YOU as the obvious choice

The exact psychology premium buyers use to make decisions (completely different from budget buyers) - and what makes them say "yes" within days of finding you instead of ghosting or taking 6 months to decide.

2. How to position so premium buyers recognize you're FOR them the second they see your content

The specific messaging shifts that make budget shoppers scroll past while $10K-$50K buyers think "holy shit, this is exactly what I need" and reach out ready to invest.

3. The freedom-first scaling model: $300K-$500K with 10-15 clients (not 40)

How to structure your business so you work with fewer, better clients at premium rates - with spaciousness, freedom, and consistent revenue you can actually rely on.

  • Identify where you're going off course

  • get back to clear, strategic action

  • without narrowing your range, abandoning your values, or adding another system to maintain.

LET'S ANSWER A FEW QUESTION YOU MAY HAVE...

Why is this different from other leadership frameworks?

Most frameworks fail to address how capability, capacity, and bandwidth function for cross-domain thinkers, so they prescribe solutions that actually exacerbate the constraint and undermine the potential. This framework is designed specifically for thinkers like you and me.

What if I've already done a lot of personal development work?

Good. That work isn't wasted, it's context. The CCB Framework isn't personal development. It's organizational and systems diagnosis that happens to start with the leader. The more self-aware you are going in, the faster the diagnostic lands, and the more directly it translates into organizational outcomes, not just personal insight.

Will this work for me?

If you're a cross-domain thinker who’s been making a difference but keeps hitting the same organizational ceiling, then yes.

The issue isn't your capability or your commitment. It's that you've been applying models that weren't designed for how your mind actually operates. I built this one specifically for you.

Is this just for senior leaders?

It's for anyone who leads at the systems level, whether that's a team, an organization, or a sector. If your work is designed to create structural change and something keeps hitting a ceiling, this is for you.

Why is this relevant for me right now?

Because every quarter you stay in maintenance mode is another season the transformation you're here for stays hypothetical. The walls don't come down by themselves. And the longer the misdiagnosis runs, the more organizational momentum you lose, and the more the people counting on your leadership pay the price.

How much work do I have to do to see results?

Not much. You'll make strategic shifts, not add more to your already-overwhelming to-do list. Leaders who apply the CCB Framework report that identifying the real constraint, and the intervention it actually calls for, happens almost immediately.
